Jack Braithwaite

Mr. Braithwaite has significant experience in wrongful dismissal and other employment-related litigation.
He specializes in employer representation in Human Rights, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board matters, Occupational Health and Safety prosecutions, and OLRB proceedings, as well as public and private sector arbitrations and collective bargaining. Jack collaborated in writing a leading textbook entitled “Canadian Employment Law” published by Canada Law Book and was Associate Editor of the Dismissal and Employment Law Digest, a national publication for lawyers.
