Michael J.N. Haraschuk
Michael's practice is devoted to defending individuals and corporations charged with criminal and quasi-criminal offences. Michael has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice throughout Ontario for judicial interim release hearings, preliminary inquiries, trials, and appeals. Michael has defended clients charged with serious offences, including but not limited to, first degree murder, directing a criminal organization, and conspiracy to traffic narcotics. Michael would be pleased to discuss any charge laid against you or your business.
