Kathleen Stokes

Ms. Stokes has practiced management side labour law since she graduated from Dalhousie University in 1999. Prior to law school, Ms. Stokes worked at a research institute in Asia, participating in a number of development projects in Asia and South America. While residing in Alberta, Ms. Stokes was actively involved in the trade union movement. Since becoming a lawyer, she has represented a wide variety of clients, including large public sector clients and construction companies. Ms. Stokes interests include construction labour law, human rights, educational seminars and grievance arbitrations.
