Stephen Vrbanac

Stephen Vrbanac has a practice that focuses upon advising clients and liaising with their professional advisors with respect to a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate organization and reorganization, business acquisitions, commercial lease transactions and the negotiating and drafting of shareholder agreements. He has lectured in the area of contract law, has appeared before the Divisional Court of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Appeal and practised as an assistant city solicitor with the City of Greater Sudbury for two and one-half years. On a daily basis, he provides counsel to business clients, and advises personal clients on real estate transactions, estate planning and administration issues. Stephen is an avid skier and curler, and enjoys classic automobiles.
