Boris J. Fesyk

Mr. Fesyk was born and raised in Sudbury. In practice over 30 years, all facets of residential real estate is what clients rely upon him for most. He is also an arbitrator under the provisions of the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Program, presiding as an arbitrator throughout Northern Ontario.

Practice Areas

Real Estate, including the Purchase, Sale and Financing of Property, as well as the protection of various client interests by way of Mortgage Enforcement; Estates, Trusts and Wills, including Wealth Management Practice, from the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, to assisting in various estate matters and court applications; Mortgage Litigation and Arbitration.
